The company
Healthspan Collective is an independent UAE-based company developing intellectual property for preventive health and wellbeing: programme frameworks, practitioner protocols, educational resources and continuity platforms.
We bring together clinical expertise, diagnostic insight and practical behaviour change to help practitioners give people a clearer plan—and support them in following it.
Structured pathways shaped around individual needs, goals and clinical context. Assessment, nutrition, movement, sleep and recovery come together in one practical plan.
Reusable programme IP, clinical review frameworks and practitioner resources. We evaluate emerging approaches with medical input and define where, how and for whom they may be appropriate.
Digital tools in development to connect participants and care teams: personal roadmaps, regular check-ins, progress journals and review preparation.
A whole-person perspective
Our programme architecture brings several dimensions of health into one conversation. Clinicians choose the assessments that can usefully inform each person’s plan.
Understanding how someone feels and functions starts with their history, routines and priorities.
Structured conversations and appropriate assessments of attention, memory and day-to-day cognitive concerns.
Sleep history, routines and relevant measurements considered alongside workload, lifestyle and medication.
Validated questionnaires and professional assessment where indicated, with referral pathways for mental health needs.
Selected EEG or other specialist assessments through qualified providers when clinically appropriate. Findings need expert interpretation and are not a standalone diagnosis.
A practical view of fitness, strength and function helps shape achievable movement and recovery priorities.
Exercise capacity and VO₂ assessment where appropriate, with clinical readiness reviewed before testing.
Appropriate body-composition and bone-health assessment, including DXA where indicated and available.
Functional assessment of strength, mobility and balance to guide an individual training plan.
Blood pressure, medical history and selected ECG or specialist assessment according to clinical need.
Laboratory findings become useful when interpreted alongside the person, the evidence and a decision they can inform.
Clinician-selected blood panels exploring metabolic health, relevant nutrient status and other indicated markers.
Targeted assessment informed by symptoms, life stage and medical history, with treatment decisions reserved for the treating clinician.
An area of programme development: evaluating suitable laboratory methods, validation and practical relevance. Exploratory age estimates are not diagnoses or proof of rejuvenation.
Dietary assessment and targeted investigations where useful. Nutrition plans reflect symptoms, preferences, clinical findings and sustainable habits.
Testing is selected individually and arranged through appropriately licensed clinics and laboratories. The aim is useful information that informs care; no single test provides a complete picture of health.
Our development framework
Our IP connects the stages of a programme, giving practitioners a consistent structure they can adapt to the person in front of them.
Bring together goals, history, lifestyle and relevant assessments. Understand what matters to the participant and what needs clinical attention.
Translate findings into an agreed plan, with realistic actions, clear responsibilities and appropriate clinical or specialist referral.
Combine nutrition, movement, sleep and recovery with professional support. Any treatment remains individually assessed and clinician-led.
Review participation, lived experience and relevant measures. Adjust the plan as circumstances, needs and goals change.
Medical input
Age management & preventive health
Programme development is guided by Dr Alfonso Galán’s clinical expertise in age management and preventive health. His input helps connect diagnostic findings with practical, individualised priorities. Local treating clinicians retain responsibility for assessment, prescribing and care.
Programme architecture
Modular formats in development for clinical partners, residential settings and organisations investing in their people.
A clinician-guided baseline, an individual wellbeing roadmap and structured follow-up around nutrition, movement, sleep and preventive-health priorities.
A focused format for people under sustained pressure: time to assess priorities, build practical routines and plan continuity after the experience.
A residential programme connecting pre-arrival assessment, personalised nutrition, adapted movement, education and recovery with a plan for returning home.
Tailored pathways for teams, with voluntary participation, individual confidentiality and programme-level reporting that protects personal health information.
We have selected an estate setting for a planned residential collaboration. Each programme is developed with its delivery partners; locations, availability, assessment inclusions and follow-up are confirmed separately.
Digital continuity
We are building digital platforms to help people stay connected to their programme and care team between appointments—and after a residential experience.
The aim is a useful companion: a clear roadmap, space to reflect, and a shared view of progress that makes the next review more meaningful.
Development priorities include consent, controlled access and clear review responsibilities. The platform is being designed to support professional care and everyday accountability.
Your personal roadmap
A connected record of what matters to you, what you have agreed and what comes next.

Built through collaboration
We welcome partners who want to connect their expertise with a more coherent, personalised wellbeing journey.
Co-develop assessment pathways and programme frameworks, connect specialist expertise and shape tools that support interpretation, follow-up and continuity.
Integrate nutrition, movement, coaching, yoga and recovery into a shared programme, with defined roles and appropriate referral to clinical professionals.
Explore complementary wellbeing programmes and continuity tools around existing professional care, with clear scope, suitability and handover arrangements.
Design practical mental and physical wellbeing pathways, from focused executive experiences to longer-term support. Individual medical information remains confidential.
Explore a programme partnership. Co-development, programme licensing and platform collaboration are available for discussion as our frameworks and products develop.
Start a conversationOur principles
Credibility comes from asking useful questions, defining the limits and keeping the person at the centre.
We evaluate the quality of the evidence, clinical relevance, risks and practical value before considering an approach within a programme. Established foundations sit alongside carefully assessed new ideas. Emerging methods are identified as such; a new test or device does not imply a proven health benefit.
Healthspan Collective develops programme frameworks, resources and digital tools. Medical assessment, diagnosis, prescribing and treatment are delivered by appropriately licensed professionals and facilities under their own clinical responsibility.
Programmes are designed around goals agreed with the participant: daily function, relevant clinical measures, wellbeing and the ability to sustain useful routines. We do not promise age reversal, disease prevention or a particular medical outcome.
Our platform development centres on informed consent, access controls and participant choice. Each programme will define who can access information, why it is needed and how it is reviewed. Employer reporting should use appropriately aggregated information, with safeguards against identification.
